You will leave with a handmade piece of art, and a calmer nervous system.Location: Constable – Specialist Art Room, Harrow Arts Centre, 171 Uxbridge Road, Pinner, HA5 4EA. The room is on the first floor, and a lift is available for accessibility.Pottery: 13:30 - 15:00You will learn to hand build with terracotta clay - techniques like coil, and pinch method. The key focus will be on making a pot, independently, with the help of the instructor.Each participant will take home one to two pots. Outcomes may vary and it's ok :) It's about the experience, learning something new and making unique memories with friends and family.Crystal Energy Healing through Yoga : 15:30 - 16:30You will learn gentle flows, grounding postures, and mindful breathing while working with crystal energy to balance your chakras and align your aura. The key focus will be on connecting with your body, breath, and energy, guided by the instructor. Each participant will leave feeling more centered and energetically refreshed. Experiences may vary, and that’s okay :) It’s about tuning into your energy, exploring movement, and creating a sense of calm and clarity.You can join us for the pottery or yoga or both the workshops for the full experience.The Need-to-Know Bits:It is open to all ages, but children under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the session.We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to sign in and get comfortable.
